jim Jim Jabara
With over twenty five years of experience Mr. Jabara has made hundreds of production ranging from commercials to full length features. His documentary films about nature and conservation have been shown on networks worldwide including National Geographic, Discovery, PBS, CNN and others.

Jim also teaches at Michigan State University on an adjunct basis.


kevin Kevin Lindenmuth
Successful indie filmmaker Kevin Lindenmuth has steadily been making independent genre features for the past fifteen years. After graduating with a degree in Film/Video Studies from the University of Michigan in 1987, he moved to New York City where he lived for thirteen years.

In addition to filmmaking, Lindenmuth has written two books, published by McFarland & Company Publishers, entitled MAKING MOVIES ON YOUR OWN (1998) and THE INDEPENDENT FILM EXPERIENCE (2003).

chris Chris Detmer
Originally born in Indianapolis, IN, Chris has been attending school in Michigan since his family moved to Grand Rapids in the summer of 1989. He has been pursuing many forms of art for over 10 years, including photography, video production, graphic design and web design. He recently graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in Interdisciplinary Humanities and is working on a degree in Web Design and Multimedia from Lansing Community College.

Chris is the former Online Creative Director for The State News, and is now employed full time at Our Small Planet as Electric Content Manager.

Location

Classes will be held in the studios of Our Small Planet Productions, an award-winning East Lansing media company located at 301 MAC Ave. downtown East Lansing across from the beautiful campus of Michigan State University.

Our offices are at 301 MAC, just accross from the Marriott hotel, between Earport Jewelry and Michelle's Hair Salon. Here's a map of the area.
